Y'all, One Call Heating and Cooling L.L.C is the bomb! Below zero degree winds chills and a furnace that wasn't working had us using space heaters. It seemed as though we wouldn't get help until after the new year, but Sam from One Call came out on Christmas Eve and helped us out.
